  1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Important: For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned. This includes any skincare, haircare, makeup, or personal care item where the seal has been broken or the product has been used.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards
  • Free promotional items or samples
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mostglorious.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

  1. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@mostglorious.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and the reason for your return
  • Wait for our team to review and approve your return request
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address

Please do not send any product back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, the easiest way is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item. For damaged or defective items, please contact us directly to arrange an exchange.
