- Shipping Locations
Currently, Most Glorious ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to expand to additional regions in the future.
- Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons, holidays, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
- Shipping Time
After processing, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, and high-volume shipping seasons.
- Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders. Please check our website for any current shipping offers.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mostglorious.com.
- Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. Most Glorious is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@mostglorious.com. We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
- Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order. Refunds for returned packages (excluding shipping costs) may be issued at our discretion.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Most Glorious is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your delivery location, including with neighbors
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Contact us at info@mostglorious.com so we can assist where possible
- Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mostglorious.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible through replacement or refund.
- Shipping Delays
Although we make every effort to ship orders within the estimated time frames, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, severe weather, or peak shipping seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
- Taxes and Duties
Applicable sales tax may be added to your order based on your shipping destination, in accordance with U.S. state laws. Any taxes will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
